  • Split leading of BPA:
    • 2 sessions per month, 12 months: 24 sessions.
    • 2 people from Ordes, Academic, Innovation, Renku: 8 people. -> 3 sessions per year

Sessions Organization​

  • Revisit projects to layer on best practices
  • Present BP in a field (Topics: DevOps, Data management, Data Science, ML, Visualizations)
  • all BP are welcome

Future Plans​

  • Finish BPA docs
  • Ask leadership how they want to use this internally?
  • Everyone: Survey to ask where they need guidelines (opinionated), templates (cookie-cutters, CI, docker), trainings. With open questions.
